CANCELLATION POLICY

We work hard to ensure your orders are dispatched as soon as possible. In some cases we will dispatch your order within 1 hour of purchase. Therefore, if you require any changes to your order please contact us immediately at info@moku-collective.com. Please keep in mind that Moku has the right to cancel any order at any time. No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.

Please consider your made to order piece carefully as once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it.

 

TIMBER CARE

Our timber products are sourced from international recycled and reclaimed hardwood. All our natural timber products vary in colour, grain and texture which form part of the natural characteristic of the timber. As each timber product is reclaimed any flaws within the timber is not deemed a fault.


PRODUCT CARE


In order to care for the timber, we suggest using our timber products indoor or in outdoor undercover use not in direct sunlight. In order to clean our timber and remove any dirt or dust, simply use a damp cloth. Do not use any chemical based products to clean the timber. We recommend using a coating wax on the timber to help to maintain its longevity.

 

WARRANTY

Our products are natural and handmade and are therefore unable to have an unconditional warranty. However, we will replace any product if it is defective within six months for furniture and one month for all other items from the date of receiving provided the product was used for normal purposes and maintained in accordance with the care instructions.

Any improper or negligent use or neglect will void this warranty. The warranty applies to household residential use only and not to any commercial, contract, rental, trade, institutional or other non-residential use. If you wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must provide photographic evidence to support your claim. 

 

INVENTORY

In a rare circumstance Moku may experience technical discrepancies causing inventory errors. If an item is sold out that you have purchased, you will hear from us as soon as the issue is brought to our attention. We are able to offer you a full refund or an alternative preferred solution.
