RETURNS
ORDER REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CHANGES:
Please choose carefully, as most of our pieces are made to order we cannot offer a refund on purchases if you change your mind. All orders are also final and cannot be cancelled during the production stage.
Requests to change orders after they have been placed will be approved on a case by case basis pending their stage in production. Administration fees will apply.
If there is a quality issue please send us an image and a description of the issue so we can work with you to find the best solution.
Moku Collective understands purchasing goods online may not always go as planned, which is why we ensure all items are listed with correct size, dimensions and accurate images of the products. If an item is not what you expected, we will happily exchange for a store credit or different product of the original purchase value under the following conditions;
- All item/s must be in original packaged condition
- All item/s must not be damaged or used
- A copy of original invoice is provided
- Moku Collective in contacted within 7 days of receiving the goods at info@moku-collective.com
If all requirements are met, goods will be inspected on return and an online-store credit will be issued for the original value of the product, excluding additional shipping costs. Returned goods will be subject to a return freight charge at your cost. As we are a small business, please allow 2-3 working days for your return to be processed.
Please note, our timber products are sourced from international recycled and reclaimed hardwood. All our natural timber products vary in colour, grain and texture which form part of the natural characteristic of the timber. As each timber product is reclaimed any flaws within the timber is not deemed a fault.
Moku Collective does not refund for change of mind.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event your item/s arrive damaged or faulty, please contact info@moku-collective within 2 days of receiving your good. We require proof of purchase and supporting imagery of the faulty item/s so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon return and deemed faulty by Moku Collective.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations, changes or refunds can be made once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you make a separate purchase for the new item once your return has been authorised.
