The above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which Moku can not be held responsible for. 

 

DELIVERY

It is important to us we get your furniture to you as safe and as fast as possible, which is why we use a variety of trusted logistic partners for delivery.

We are currently offering free standard shipping on all small items. We advise to purchase Express Shipping to avoid delays/disappointment. 

If you wish to purchase a large item/s please contact info@moku-collective.com to receive a shipping quote. 

We always aim to ship your order within 1 business day. If an order will be shipped later than 3 business days we will contact you via email.

 

FURNITURE DELIVERIES

Customers are responsible for checking that all goods have free and easy access to their intended destination. Additional costs apply for difficult access.

Receiver must inspect product and note any damages or order errors with the freight forwarder upon delivery and advise us via email within 24 hours. 

 

COURIER COLLECTIONS

 If you send a courier to have your piece collected, please let us know prior so we can ensure it is packed appropriately and is ready to go. Please note a packing and handling fee may apply.
